Happy Fall! We have finally had a turn in our weather here in southern California, we even had rain last Sunday. The evenings are cooler and the days not a sunny and hot. Makes us all aware the the the holiday season is here and will be flying by too quickly.
To Celebrate Thanksgiving from Nov 1 to 30 you can download the Free PDF Turkey Time Placemat pattern. The free version will be removed from the web site on Dec 1,2020. The Turkey Time block is part of one of the first quilts I designed 25 years ago. Looking at the drawing I was amazing how my drawing skills have improved over the years and that inspired me to redraw the block and have a Free download for Turkey Time Placemat. A few additional ideas for the applique turkey would be to make a table runner for your holiday table, place on a dish towel or make the placemat out with wool for a hot plate mat.
Some of you have had problems downloading the Free items I post. I hope these the step by step instruction below will make the process easier.
